Circoloco Amsterdam Uniondale Concert reviews
Elton John Disappointment
The SAP Center in San Jose hosted a loud Circoloco Amsterdam concert that forced us to leave. We obtained foam earplugs from the usher during the first song, but as the third song played, we were no longer enjoying the show. Our ears were beginning to hurt due to the high volume, which also led to distorted sound quality. Despite sitting across from the mixing booth in our favorite seats, the experience was disappointing. The sound had been perfect during Sting and Paul Simon's performances in the same seats. We couldn't understand why this show was so poorly executed. The concierge staff apologized profusely and acknowledged the excessive noise levels, with many attendees expressing discomfort. Witnessing a woman rush to the concierge desk exclaiming her pain added to our growing concerns. It seemed like others were also struggling with the loudness. Given that we are middle-aged and have good hearing, the issue wasn't specific to us.
